Return & Refund Policy

If any of the customer is not satisfied with his purchase (e.g. Delivered Product is damaged or broken, short expiry/expired item, Delivered Product is incorrect, Delivered Product is not required due to change of mind), he can return the purchased product. In this regard he will have to contact to our office for returning the product and get refund. 

·         Purchased product must be returned within 15 days from the date of received.

·         The client must have to bring the original box and receipt along with the purchased product to our Office.

·         The product must be unused, unworn, unwashed and without any flaws.

·         All the original tags, user manual, warranty cards must be brought along with the purchased product.

How the purchase product can be returned?

If you want to return any purchased product, you will have to bring that product along with invoice copy to our Office. After scrutinizing the product and invoice copy our officer will received the product. You will have to provide a bKash/Rocket/Nagad/Bank Account number for further refund. Refund will be made within 1-10 working days after returning the product.

How the refund will be made after returning the item(s)?

After successful return, refund will be made to customer’s bKash/Rocket/Nagad/Bank Account within 1-10 working days.

How long will it take to get refund/new item(s)?

It will take 1-10 working days for refund from the date we received your return package. Refunded amount will be what customer actual paid for that product.  No voucher will be considered for cash or fund refund.
